Some of them go so far as to say, "Clients with Agents Need Not Call".  When it comes to selling a home, some sellers want to forego utilizing a real estate agent in order to save money.  They simply don't want to pay the commission - the sales fee split between the agent and the broker for assisting with the sale.  However, what many people don't realize is that not working with an agent could end up costing them money.  Unless you are already an agent or have years of experience buying and selling a home (and even then, I don't recommend it), selling a home without a real estate agent to assist you is definitely not

Please stop by and see the newest design work from John W Benecke Interiors now at the 2015 Philharmonic House of Design.

It is a beautiful home, with a pool overlooking the rolling hills, within the exclusive gated community of Shady Canyon. John has taken a very dark paneled room, which was used before as an office, and re-decorated it as The Salon. It is now a stunning sitting room; warm and intimate, and light! I have used a marvelous blend of antiques with contemporary furnishings and lighting. There is comfortable seating, a game table (a perfect area for working on puzzles!), and a wonderful collection of art/photography and creative accessories.
